1. Cook sausage and drain on a paper towel. Process 2 1/4 cups of cheese, beer, cream cheese and garlic powder in a food processor. Fold in the sausage and the rest of the shredded cheese, except for a handful.
2. Spoon this into a baking dish and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. Top with green onions and serve with Everything Pretzel Crisps.
